By downloading or using MeD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service purpose

MeD is a personal iPhone medication reminder app to track medications and supplements, reminders, intake history, and supply estimates.

3. Medical disclaimer

MeD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For clinical decisions, contact a qualified healthcare professional. In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into MeD and for checking your own schedules, dosages and reminders.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
