MeD Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MeD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service purpose
MeD is a personal iPhone medication reminder app to track medications and supplements, reminders, intake history, and supply estimates.
3. Medical disclaimer
MeD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For clinical decisions, contact a qualified healthcare professional. In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into MeD and for checking your own schedules, dosages and reminders.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store billing.
- Price, trial and renewal details are shown in-app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple settings before renewal.
- Refunds are managed under Apple's policies.
- Restore Purchases can recover eligible prior purchases.
6. Availability and updates
MeD may be updated, modified or improved over time, including feature and subscription changes.
7. Intellectual property
MeD branding, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be copied without permission.
8. Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MeD is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
