MeD Privacy Policy
1. Privacy-first approach
MeD is a private medication reminder app designed to keep your medication information under your control.
2. Information you add
MeD stores information you enter, including medication names, dosages, schedules, history and supply details, so the app can function correctly for you.
3. Storage model
MeD is a native iOS app and stores your medication information on your device. MeD does not require an app-specific account for core tracking features.
4. iCloud backup
If iCloud backup is enabled on your iPhone, MeD data may be included in secure iCloud backups using Apple's backup and security controls.
5. Data sharing and advertising
- MeD does not sell your medication entries.
- MeD does not share medication entries for advertising or marketing purposes.
- MeD does not use medication entries for third-party targeted ads.
6. Notifications
MeD can request notification permissions to deliver reminders you set. Notification controls remain available in iOS Settings.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app subscriptions and purchases use Apple billing. RevenueCat may be used for entitlement management. Billing details are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
8. Retention and deletion
Your data remains in the app until removed by you. You can remove entries in-app and can remove app data by deleting the app and associated backups from Apple services.
9. Children's privacy
MeD is not directed at children under 13 without parental involvement. If you think data was submitted inappropriately, contact support via the App Store listing.
